What a beast. Thanks for the ride. Spewing it was only a short cruise session, but enough to put a stupid grin on my face down the main straight.
Looks good, did the turbo oil line hold up ok?

Here's some pics from the weekend I took.
Spewing about the alt pulley after everyone came together over the weekend to get the GTR prepped, I think it would have definitely been a contender. But sometimes you get that. No doubt there are still big things to come for this car
Even in plain old white, the thing was snapping necks when the bonnet was popped. Could eat off the engine bay. Looks so fat.
A few phone calls and some last minute 275 wide ET Streets appeared! 275s all the way round pimp!
Changing out the rear struts to something a little more drag friendly at the same time!
From the looks of things, it definitely helped the car hook up. The thing is very quick. Looked so unassuming witht he 17s on it.
I was also blown away by how helpful and friendly Allstar Garage was, I was impressed, even last minute on a Friday with no notice they dropped everything to help.
If I ever get myself a GTR or similar, I know where I'd be going.
Speaking of Allstar, did Sean end up coming on Sunday for a ride Matt?
Was going to take him if I seen him, he had a rally on Saturday so I'm not sure if he came for a look Sunday.
Next time!
I believe this weapon just went 9.xx @ 148+ mph?

Not wanting to be a hater here as any car that runs a 9 is properly weapons grade and I'm stoked to see a local car go so quick but doesn't the "H" in RH9 stand for H pattern box ? Or has got one of the H pattern Holli's ?
Either way please get this to RW. I'm keen to see this head to head with ND4SPD !
RH9 is merely the name of a group of tuning shops in Japan that have produced cars that have run 9 seconds or faster.
So being a RH9 GTR technically means it was built by one of these shops and ran 9s.
It's also supposed to be done on radial aka street tyres.
Buckets it has a sequential Hollinger box and yes it needs to go to Whylie.

RH stands for Record Holders.

Huge congrats man.
Driven there, driven back. Probably got Maccas drivethrough on the way home too. Awesome.
Cheers everyone.
It was always a huge goal of mine to have a street driven 9 second car and to finally get there feels awesome.
I got kicked out of the Motorplex about 3 weeks ago for running 10.3 @ 140mph (which is the cut off speed for parachute). ET street radials made a huge difference, launched it at 8000rpm and held it flat!
Great posted time for essentially a street car! Well done.
That is fucking awesome
I bet the staff lost their fucking minds haha.
Congrats!

That is incredible - how did the launch feel? Sounds a tad off on the video.
Cheers lads!
They basically said, awesome time mate but your never coming back. Keep that time slip because it's the only one you will get. Haha
First run was shocking, not having 2step to build boost makes it abit hard to get off the line. 2nd launch was at 8000rpm and span a little too much, and had a hard time getting out of first for a second. 60" could come down a little more I think
