    Guitar Bits and Pieces.

    Hey guys,

I've started to build a few guitars for home use, a couple of Teles ( 1 solid body pine the other semi hollow Jarrah) and a Les Paul Junior ( solid body Acacia), and was wondering if anyone had some random bits laying about ?

Or even be able to give me any tip or tricks to set the neck for the LPJ as it's got that whole laid back thing happening, the Teles aren't so bad, iv'e already purchased and been delivered a neck for one of them to route both out.

    Thanks.

    Pete.

( them roughed out ready for sanding/shaping. )

    Hey Mate,

If you need any of these cut out in a hurry, I have them all on file, including the cut outs for pick ups, switching and wiring.

I also have a tonne of custom pick guards too.

    Rob.

Thanks Rob, I'm just plodding along when I get 5 mins, I have all the templates etc. I've ordered the guards already, just simple whites. I've got all the wiring diagrams etc, i just need order the pickups and tuners for the pine one then it'll be time to spray gloss black and done.

Long shot, wouldn't have the templates for the inside of a Broadcaster ? So much hearsay etc on the bodies.

I have a couple, but they are all different.

I really need to get hold of an original one to measure it up.

I'm really interested in how they made the cavities inside the broadcaster itself, to make the pine sing more.

3x layers of 15mm pine slabs for the body, with the hollowed out sections cut into each layer, then a top and bottom panel

Finally finished it. Has the tele traits, twangy bridge and really warm neck. Have gone toploaded for now, will string through later on.
