It'd be good to know the breakdown of costs and how many cars they think they'll be ordering, If they sell it at 150k

US car cost: approx $85,000 AUD
    Luxury Car tax: $27,216.75 AUD ((150,000-67,525) x 0.33)

That leaves about 37k per car to cover RHD build costs, shipping, import taxes, aussie marketing, crash testing and ADR compliance etc.

I wonder what the wholesale price would be to Australia Dealerships etc.

Or increased substantially to at least $150k plus. Most euro's nowadays start at just under the threshold!

build costs should be the same rhd or lhd. also we exported fucking gto's, g8's and Chev SS cheaper then you could buy the pingpingpingpings here.

so you can't tell me they can do the same in return, remember 60k is RRP not actual build cost. anything over 110k aud and they are price gauging.

Gumtree and the amount of 'tards on there trying to get products that are already the cheapest listed - down by another 60% and they "pay cash now".

Mate - it's $500, offering me $200 for it now pickup cash is totally useless! How else do you want to pay for it, peanuts? Because that's what you're fucking offering!

It seems that most marketplaces are just cancer. So many time wasters with "is it available?", ask for address, and never turn up. The one I remember most was an Indian chap who wanted me to discount 75% off because the item was located too far from his house, and a 75% discount was reasonable to make it worth his while.

Had a LS2 engine cover up for $20, usually go for around $100 but just wanted to move it.

Guy said he would buy it, then asked that I drop it off to him in Freo......I live in Ellenbrook.

    This.

Suprised they're keeping the service centres open for now though. At least he came forward and clean on the Business FB page and said it out loud and clear without the usual Bunbury chatter added on top.
