We'd be looking to camp somewhere down there. Last year we stayed at a mate's farm in Waroona but would prefer something a little closer to the motorplex. Does anyone know of any good places you can camp/looking for somewhere to camp? Would have to be accessible with towing a car trailer. I'm talking proper camping btw, not at a caravan park or something

Stockton Lake is 5-10 minutes max from the Motorplex

You can camp inside the track on Friday night. I'll clear it with Jason at MSW.

    Maybe. .. where?

Camping - all good so long as you're there before 10pm Friday night.

Volunteers - If anyone is keen to help out please let us know. We've had a couple of volunteers pull out so it'd be great if you were able to give us a hand!

Looks like we'll most likely be staying at Stockton Lake if anyone is keen to join. We're going to have a scout round for somewhere, but considering it'll already be dark and we're towing a trailer I think that's where we'll end up. On the road in about 6kms out from the plex. Considered staying at the track but beer and fire by a lake sounds better

Cheers for the option of both, I'll talk to my crew chief and see what's best for the team going forward.

Hi fellas , Just wondering if I need a CAMS license to attend and drive my car on the track?

  21. #115
No, you do not (not for this event), although it is encouraged.

You need a normal drivers licence, OR a CAMS L2S licence or higher.

    Yes you sure do mate.
    Easy process too!
Join a CAMS affiliated club like Antilag, complete the paperwork, and pay money = CAMS licence.

For those who are interested in making it a double header CMG are running a Test and Tune day on the Sunday.

So if your car survives Supercruise and your keen for some more track time then feel free to enter on the day.

I will confirm the price for non CMG members today but I would expect it to be between $110 and $150 for the day.

Who fucked the cook down there?

Me: Hi, can I book a room for this Friday night please?
Hotel: Sure, we have rooms available. Is it a company?
Me: Depends on pricing, however I'm using the Collie Track, there may be some others from Perth, if possible a room away from the HWY but close to the others coming down?
Hotel: Your not part of that bloody Altilag Bloody Company are you?
Me: um...... can I have a room still?
