yeah mate i think thats nearly hit the nail on the head,
my car will never be a "performance car" as it cant turn a corner for shiz.
i would consider anything AWD that can do 13's or under as a "performance car" and if they cant get it around the track quick its more driver error.

i guess "performance" is to broad.
having a car that just "performs" well around corners
having a car that just "performs" well under brakes
or having a car that just "performs" well accelerating
would still be classified as a performance car, i mean who in there right mind would say a car that pulls sub 11's isnt a performance car.

if you want to classify cars that are all around performance then nearly any high end car will qualify modded or not.
