cant seem to get a solid yes/no answer asked xspeed they didnt have any info just wondering if the vafc unit is compatible with MIVEC?? in a 06 lancer, read on a few places they seem to think it is so yeh but anyone with a definent answer is muchly appreciated

yeh i have but it says nothing about mivec, but read articles that dint go into detail about the vafc being used on ftos and other mivec cars

different kind of mivec in those cars btw...
read an old article about a 1.6 mivec running a VAFC, apparently it required some sort of modification to work.
best to talk to someone like crockenburg motors on this sort of question.
doubtful moving the mivec point will do anything anyways, so might be better off with an safc.

Hahaha sif talk to Crockof**** motor hes ****ed! (btw Geissman its Ant) I took my GSR there and got ****ed over... He's a senial old **** and lies through his teeth. Seems to have a rather vague knowledge of all thing DSM for a so called "Mitsubishi Specialist".

Unless your have aftermarket cams and springs etc, your going to lose power.

Just any vtec owner who has put a controller in
