annoying traffic cops

got pulled over and the guy was having a go at me cos he reckons ive pumped my guards to fit the tyre under or some **** ..i tried explaining to him that that came out factory like that but he wouldnt listen ..i thought cars had to be 10cm no lower from ground ?? he reckons i need 10cm clearence from my guards ..which cant even touch the tyre cos they are behind the guards..
whats the go ?

As long as it has sufficient room in the gaurds so that the tyres dont rub on the gaurds its fine, but yeh its 100mm from the ground to the lowest part of the vehicle. .

there is no possible way my tyres can touch the guard ....that cop wouldnt know if his arse was on fire

yeah i got pretty fired up when he wouldnt believe me bout the guards ..he goes ..they could catch on fire or something..i dunno ..i said thats quite obvious ..then he had a go at me for my attitude lol

speak to the head inspector at whatever pits you go to, they sometimes have a tendancy to call the officer that stickered you and have a 'chat'
