I GOT A FUKING SPEED FINE 2DAY FOR 50BUX FOR 7KMS OVER IN A 60 ZONE ON 1ST OF JUNE IN MY ROTA I GOT THE FUKING ROTA ON THE 28TH OF MAY AND IT HAD A SUPER ROOOTED DIFF MOUNT (BROKEN IN HALF) AND WAS PARKED IN A MATES GARAGE FOR LIKE THE 1ST WEEK OR 2 OF ME OWNING IT AND I HAD BOTH SETS OF KEYS!, IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY CLOCKED IN EAST PARADE IN EAST PERTH NEAR WEST ASUTRALIA STREET, IT HAS ONLY BEEN AS FAR NORTH AS CYPHER AND STHRN RIVER ROAD SINCE IVE OWNED IT NO ONE HAS DRIVEN IT OTHER THAN ME HOW DO I FIGHT THIS I KNOW IT MAY ONLY BE 50 BUX BUT ITS THE POINT OF IT

Go view the photo, and take in photo's and rego papers of your car as it stands now.

Looking at the photo will show what car the plates are/were on, and your rego papers will confirm what car the plates REALLY belong to, and will also proove that it was not you.

Exactly, if it wasn't your car the photos will demonstrate this. The reason for not filling in the bit on form that asks who the driver was at the time is because if you do this you're admiting that you're guilty and thus they can fine you pretty much regardless of what is on the photo.
