Costs $1.50 for the replacement resistor.

Precise Suspensions Automotive in Wangara did mine, works now.

Brockas - how much for? and how long was the turnaround (or was it done as one of your famous "cheap" services?) :)

Mine does the same thing according to the Precise suspensions in wangara its due to the problem that Brockas mentioned and they charge good rates i juss imported my soarer with 71,000ks to do my dash it costs $150 and $420 for timimg belt change inc coolant so their prices are very good compared to others ay

Yes yumafia they are cheap, but like anything, you get what you pay for.

They did work on my car for a year or so.
Most of the time, the work was good.

However, the last time they worked on it they rebuilt my power steering pump for roughly ~$450.
It never worked properly, I took it back, they bled the system, but it still didn't work at idle.
I was told it's just air in the system and it would go away.
6 months later, the pump seizes completely, takes a belt with it.

From now on, only X-Speed touch my car.

****ed if I know, ring them and find out.

As I said, you get what you pay for, so don't complain if it's expensive.

Good work = expensive.

And now you're going to have to pay to get someone to fix it I'm guessing.

Probably end up paying more than if you had just got someone competant to do it in the first place.

I'll say it again, there's a reason why only 1 workshop touches my car.
