Went into a coma in the ambulance.

where to start, what to say.

i owe you guys my life. seriously. not often that i get on here and be serious, but here we go.

had you guys not called the ambulance , my sugar levels would have continued to rise, since i consumed so much alcohol. had they continued to rise, i would have died. i believe you guys checked me while i was there and found it to be 27 odd. by the time i got to rph, it was 30.1... diabetic coma and death can happen from 25 upwards. so someone somewhere was looking after me at least. pretty much another hour though and id not be typing this... or doing anything. id be slightly deceased. i dont think the seriousness of that has hit home yet so its why im typing this with ease. funnily enough i woke up this morning at 6.30 in emergency and felt 100% fine. no headache no soreness, just tired and after talking to the doctors, feeling very sheepish. the doctor was pretty much astounded that i was ok. well enough in fact to walk all the way from rph to the bus station, and from my bus stop to my house.

apparently i may have "expressed" thoughts in my drunken state, and to anyone i insulted im sorry, except the ambulance officers who seem to have deserved it. you guys where trying to help and they wernt exactly happy to recieve it if i recall correctly.

i dont think i recall anything after about 10.30, until the ambo lady began yelling at me. that was apparently like 1.45am? ouch.

im sure ill be filled in on what i did to who, and how ben teabagged me the prick!
i hope you guys had a fun night watching me make an ass of myself.

and once again from the bottom of my heart i thank you for doing what you did to look after me. had you not.... well yeah.

No probs TJ! Man, u showed ****s up last night. Even Ross said "****, that niggah just went hard" after you had 2 Jose mixes and smashed the rest of the bottle straight. You got pissed so easy, u were there one minute, then you were slurring your talk, then you were ****ed. I went for some wetlaps :flipa: come back, and you were at the table, absolutely ****ed. You then started spewing up etc. and next thing you were game over'd. Funniest memories from the night - there was 6 quotes I'm posting.

I see this **** all to often in my diabetic friends. They KNOW they have to look after themselves yet they continue to drink far too much and end up in trouble, in hospital or apologising the next day. One of these days one of them will learn the hard way im afraid. They claim they have NFI but shrug off suggestions to slow down and ignore what other friends say.. Nothing but fools. Rant off/
