Tein coilover on 34GTT

Need Help!

just got back from the mechanic and tried to fit
Tein coilovers to my GTT...

the back seems fine, its sitting high so it can be screwed down to look lower
..
but the front shocks are really short.. i have screwed it up maximum and down maximum but total shock length doesnt seem to change, the only difference is that the helper spring opens up or closes...

is it the wrong shocks?
when i bought the shocks it was said it could fit a 33 GTR or a 34 GTT...

what are you saying? that it doesnt go lower or higher?
have you screwed down both rings?
it might have something to do with your damper, rebound adjustment at the top

yeah tried both rings both up and down...
at maximum down it cannot be driven at all...
at maximum up it still looks reallly low..definately not legal...
ill try turning the damper screws and see wat happens...

damper shouldnt affect ride height

The springs in the front may be too short....really cant say without having a look at it.

Did you buy them second hand or brand new?

bought it off Toy Garage or something...
2nd hand...
went to Wilkinson Suspensions...one guy said the body might be too short...
that can happen?...
anyway...yeah....will put the rims and the bodykit up first....den see how it goes with the shocks....scared it might be too low...
if its too low will sell it....get springs...alot easier...
