yeah they bolt up, need to get the rotors redrilled to fit 4*114.3, instead of the 300zx skylines and s14, s15 silvias with 5*114.3, unless u get the hubs to and do a 5stud conversion, i have 300zx on my s13 an is good ****, u'll probably want to put in a bigger brake booster cylinder aswell, from whateva car u get the brakes from.

i dont think the larger booster will help.
its the larger bore master cyl that you need.
the Z32 has a BM57 bore master cyl.
the S13 has a BM44 bore master cyl.
i cant remember the bore sizes on these cars...but the BM number does denote the bore size..not part number ..as i found out the hard way!:(
perth brake parts have the info on the bore sizes .
so i take it..you cannot use the standard S13 rotors with this upgrade?

No you need the Z rotors
DBA now makes the Z rotor DBA909 with both 4 and 5 stud pattern for this reason
BM57 = 1 1/16"
BM50 = 1"
BM44 = 15/16"
BM38 = 7/8"
BM33 = 13/16" (thats S13)
Z32 turbo uses BM57 but its only 2 outlets same as R32 GTR cause they have ABS
Z32 non turbo uses BM44 3 outlets, same cyl as Z31 and Terrano
R33GTS-T caliper will go on a Sil too........ just need the R33 rotor and get it redrilled to 4 stud.

when would you need to start playing with brakes on an s13? is there a certain hp that you could reach before itd be smart to do the brakes? i know its your own choice but just after some guidance

DO whatever you can with the money you have, pads and fluid bare minimum but with so many brake oportunties available for teh 13 go something better some 4 pots
Is there some trick to getting sr calipers to work on the ca auto setup we put some on last week and no matter how much they were bleed they would not work put the ca ****ters back on and they worked immediatly ?
when bleeding the sr's there was **** all pressure in the lines.

i had the same problem till i put 32 master cylinder on and new pads, now pulls up on a 5c piece
didn't get round to trying the brakes the other way around was too busy trying to reslove a missfire on another 180 today the brakes in the wrong way makes the most sence as it felt like there was air still in the system.

I Put some s14 calipers on yesterday and a r32 brake master cylinder, bled all brakes and replaced the fluid, i now have a different feel when stopping, its slightly heavier on the brake pedal but now stops so quick it should be illegal...
is this normal, will be doing r32 rear 2pots next weekend so need to know b4 i change anything else... the other option is to feel someone else's 4 pot conversion so i know i'm not going crazy!!! anyone???

Maybe I'm not understanding something here, but why did you install an R32 master cylinder with S14 calipers? Wouldn't an S14 master cylinder be a better match for the S14 calipers? Now, if you installed R32 calipers, I'd expect the R32 master cylinder to be ideal.

AS s14/200sx/r32gtst/300zx are all the same calipers, s14/200's are cast iron and the others are alloy calipers, r32master is the same as all of the above, there fore it doesnt matter..

OK, I didn't realise that the S14 calipers were the same size as the R32/Z32 units. I thought I had read of people replacing their S14/S15 calipers with R32/Z32 units because they were bigger/better (rather than just lighter).
