Yep,i would say so
Up shark bay where i go fishin off the cliffs,if you shine the light in the water fish start going nuts splashing and jumping out then the sharks come in and start "chompin"

yeh i think they use a flash to stun the fish, i know you can stun fish with light but i dont know how they manage to stun that many fish at once, they just keep coming...

i'd be cool to see some footage of dynamite fishing...
