Collie Motorspots Group are holding their last test & tune day for 2019 , camping is allowed for Saturday night ..
15th December, all clubs welcome.
Sausage sizzle and cans of drink supplied for entrants an $2 for non entrants.
LONG TRACK $150 ea, conformation needed BEFORE 1st DECEMBER, minimum of 30 cars needed to run the event, or it will not go ahead.
Passengers $25 ea.

I've also got a couple of us signing up. Can passengers pay and sign up on the day or does it need to be pre-paid with the nomination form and main entry fee (some maybes at this stage)?
Also, the nomination form says $40 ea for passengers and first post says $25 - which is correct for me to tell them?

I have spoken to Anna this morning and she is considering if they do one, she will let me know what they decide

Sunday 15 December 2019...8am til it gets too hot🥵 $100.00 per driver
•Gates Open at 7.00am
•Scrutineering and Driver Registration 7.30am to 8.15am
•On Track by 9.00am
•Minimum Level 2S CAMS Licence
•Must be a member of a CAMS affiliated Club or join ours on the day
•Canteen will be open on the day to purchase lunch and drinks, please bring cash as we don’t have EftPos facilities

In 2020 I have the following dates set aside for Long Track Test'n'Tunes: Sunday 19 January, Sunday 22 March, Sunday 19 April, Sunday 14 June, Saturday 12 September, Sunday 13 December.
2020 Come & Try Days as follows: Sunday 8 March, Saturday 13 June, Saturday 29 August and Saturday 19 December.
No brainer to join MSW, that is a LOT of track time!

Also heard that they are thinking about letting members will be able to sit in on some MSW meetings , big shake up happening up there with new board etc .
