Hi everyone, I had a skin check done at one place that said 2 moles need to be removed asap (they are in a complicated place so I'd need to be sure they need removal).
I went to a second place which seemed more experienced and they said no way unless I wanted them removed by choice.
I'm in a dilemma now and stuck in two strongly differing opinions, can anyone recommend a very professional/experienced place or person that can assist in this? Thank you in advance

Dr Hanna at the Mole Clinic in Currambine comes highly recommended.

Which reminds me I need to book another appointment...

I see Dr. Chan at Dermatology Specialist Group in Ardross. 7 month wait for an appointment must count for something of his ability.
Where are they? On your shaft or something?

Thanks, I'll give them a call. It's in a weird place on the ear and apparently would require a specialist in order to remove.
Ears get a lot of sun and if they think it's a risk ...

Yeah in all seriousness I had two removed a few years ago. One on my face and another on my leg. I rkn best to get it done, even for piece of mind.

Having lost a friend in her early 20’s to this pingpingpingping of a cancer I couldn’t agree more

Last time I got mine looked at the one suspect spot was smack bang in the top corner of my forehead and didn't look even remotely suss. Dr took it out then and there but made me seriously wonder how people go without getting the shit checked until they 'look bad' (which is probably too late no doubt when it comes to some forms of skin cancer).
Dude did an amazing stitch job as well. Just under an inch long and can hardly see it. Nurse who pulled the stitches at work was fascinated by the quality haha.

Had a ‘small’ spot behind my ear. Ended up in Charlie gardiners getting it treated. If you doubt mole specialist, get gp to check it as well. I don’t trust 3/4 of the mole checking places
