Myer, Harvey Norman and Domayne all buy couches from a company called HTL, before buying one, ask if it is from HTL, then if it’s a yes, avoid, they are built terribly, worse than anything else on the market, low grade Chinese crap.
Fantastic Furniture are hit and miss, they are all made locally , but as they are made by prisoners, they are hit and miss. 8 weeks turnaround for material if it has a rip, but frame repairs are about half that.
All companies will refund you or swap it out of you push hard enough and are handy with the camera and Joe spec essays 😀

Mate look at the auction sites like ross's auctions etc always bargains to be had on there mate.
