Guys,
I am looking for someone to support my BDM.
Basically we are a large landscape construction and maintenance company. I need someone that is highly proficient in Word and reasonably proficient in excel to prepare and submit tenders for our maintenance division. They will need to attend tender briefings and liaise with clients up to the point of winning / losing the tender.
We are finding that the qualitative side (touchy feely pictures / methodology / safety stats etc) of tenders is becoming more and more important in securing work. Pricing the work is almost secondary. I.e. some of our contracts might take approximately an hour to price and over a week to answer all of their questions about how we are going to manage the works.
The person needs to be able to work to deadlines and have a very high attention to detail. Needs to be eager to learn and constantly improve.
Some horticulture knowledge is handy but by no means essential. i.e. it would be great to know the difference between a wheel barrow and a lawn mower.
Based in Canning Vale working in an office with just over 20 office staff.
Renumeration package to be discussed / negotiated. Would suit male or female, age is no barrier. Would also suit someone looking to get off the tools or even a uni grad.
Any questions please email me: brendon@eiwa.net.au
Thanks
