Anyone here a painter looking for a job in Kalamunda? Or can recommend someone?

I am trying to get my new place painted before I move in next month, I have a few days of patching a fixing up before it is ready but ideally it would be towards the end of next week, looking for walls, doors and skirtings with maybe ceilings depending on I need to fix.

I use Gary from Castle Painting and decorating for my repairs and reno's number on top right of his site
(he does a fair amount of hills work as well, loves skirtings and trims)

I would highly recommend using Prodigy painting. They have done work for me and my friends and do a great job.

I've been through a fair few painters over the years with a couple of house builds and rental maintenance
Hard to find a good one
The only guy I would recommend of the lot I've use is Cole Patterson

He's an older bloke, reasonably priced and did a great job at my rental in ellenbrook.
I'm going to get him out to do some more work at my new place.

Who'd you end up using and how good a job did they do?

I've got both Cole and Jana coming out next week to give me quotes for painting my whole house (floors, ceilings, doors, frames, skirting), so be interested to hear more feedback.

I didn't contact either of those, I tried the other three recommended and only 1 showed up to quote the job and that quote was astronomical at $9500 for a three bedroom house with 2 living areas and a hallway total of 130m2 of living area and that included me doing all the patching work as I am a plasterer
So far my cost of doing it myself are
800 paint
250 for the ceiling sprayer from Kennards hire
And about 20 hours of my time, I have 2 rooms of walls left to do then all the glossing
