rb20's you should be fine with 12-14psi. My mate has been running 14psi for ages in his rb20.

.2bar.lol

depends on what condition the engine is in

if its good then poeple run 14psi but other have had their turbos blow running a lot less

its just depends on your luck

LOL simon and bam.Is it possible to run 18psi to redline with a good boost controller?I had a crap controller and it spiked to 18psi and felt good but fell back to 14psi and then 10 at redline.

I think mine would hit 17 then drop back to 16 around redline. Loved it.

Mine runs whatever the hell it wants..

1st to 4th gear it will run 10-12psi (spikes to 12, settles at 10)

5th gear it will run about 13 psi

Don't know what reverse gets.. :P

Anyone know why it would do that??

Yeh the thought did cross my mind that it was like that... but I haven't seen it with any little boys lately so I don't think thats the problem...

1 bar will be ok, anything else is exhaust wheel spitting territory

mm 16psi daily shat a wheel off a Neo turbo on a 20 in a 31club dude's car, for runs one would imagine it wouldnt hurt

Ur all fkn pussys... mine ran 1.5bar (22psi) droppin back to 15psi at redline ONCE LOL
I wish my boost controller would mess up again that was so much fun hahahah
Btw you can run 1bar on the turbos fine, and probably abit more with a neo turbo (around 16psi) and shouldn't have any problems unless its been hurt before of course

standard turbo will take 22psi all day every day. DOnt worry about tuning it either, cars run fast when they run lean :P trust me man my car was running 27psi before rebuild and that fucer went fast.....go hardcore and ****, but stay around 14psi if you want life without tune, dont go large turbo. 1 bar rb25 turbo worked a treat for ghostr31 until he bloody put the gt30 on and that needed a tune then.

got boost

smash that sh!t in at least 1bar. if it breaks a wheel its upgrade time

I'll turn things around and say that 12psi would be about the limit.

Like someone said earlier, it's down to luck, but I blew my one on 14psi in about 1 week of driving time.

Upgrade time I guess, not sure on whether to hi-flow this one or save up for a 2530 or something.

You are pushing your luck above 12psi especially if it is an old turbo
