WTB: Bench press weight bench

So i have found myself wanting to get back into some sort of exercise, i have some weights and an arm curl bar but im after a bench with bar rack, has anyone got one they want to sell, not looking at anything flash just a basic bench will be fine, dont want to spend more than $100

Plank of wood. Milk crates. About as sophisticated my set up is.

Paint tins with concrete and bolts etc with a pole for bar work......

Do you also break small banana trees with your shins and do the splits between two trucks? :)

Yea i was hoping to avoid facebook, big W have cheapies for $80, they are not great but it might do for the time being

I can do the Banana tree but the splits lol is all I can say. :)
