on *possibly* chrome rims - didn't get a chance to see as my girlfriend and I were too busy trying to not be run over by him...he lit it up in reverse to have words but then took off quickly after i leaned in the passenger window before any conversation was had
does anyone know the car or driver? driver was mid 20s Asian with web tattoo on left hand
