who knows of a place as in a tip etc that takes rubbish at a small or no cost.

I have a house load of rubbish and @ $70 for a 6x4 it's going to take a lot of trips to the dump and a shit load of $$$$

Ring the council. Some of them have skip bins available. If your council doesn't have anything available then call councils for areas where friends live (ie use their house & skip bin).

City of Stirling do this. 1 free skip per household per year.

In Belmont you get 4 x skip bins a year and i use all of them!

I saw someone on main street today taking stuff to the verge.

Look it up and then just dump on other rubbish piles
