Selling an incomplete 1992 Black R32 GTR

I've decided it needs to go as i've got too many toys.

Lets start off with the bad...

Body;
Overall it is very presentable, however - It has had a decent accident in the past (like most cars of this age) so if you are after something that doesn't need some panel work to be perfect.. stop reading.
I was intending track use so this didn't matter to me!

-Passenger side upper half of rear quarter panel has taken the brunt of the hit and been repaired by what looks like neanderthals. It's been pulled out and bogged over poorly (read: guard 10cm too wide)
-There is a slight kink in the spare wheel well. However chassis rails are all straight, rear subframe too, minimal to no rust, wheel alignment done by wheels world few months back was spot on
-20c coin sized hole in the pass side strut tower from a previous owner enthusiastic "massage" to fit GT45
-Paintwork on boot, spoiler & rear bumper not perfect

Pics are available of the above described panel imperfections :)

Mechanical;
There are a few parts missing to make this a runner again as follows;

You'll need all the turbo side, repair or replace the koyo rad (leaking), rad hoses, coilpacks & harness, injectors, fuel regulator, fuel pump & ecu

The 26 is running but there is a valve seal issue in cylinder 1, causing it to blow smoke.
Galvsport has taken a look at it in addition has discovered a light knock at 3k and 4k listening to the crankcase indicating bearing wear.
This was a confirmed forged motor with unknown ingredients, won't be sure until it's cracked open.
Gearbox has sad syncro 3rd to 4th shift otherwise ok

OK now the good;

I've owned 3 other R32's and by far, out of them all this felt the nicest on road to drive while it was going.
Attessa system was fully functional and worked very well. Were no issues mechanically with it, or noises. It has a full interior including carpets.

Quite a hard thing to price but looking for offers around 10k

I'm spit balling here but was it because of the US market opening up that saw these sky rocket? I think definitely part of it as the US does have the 25 year rule... meaning once a car is 25 it can be imported under a different classification even if it was never sold there or only sold as ltd.. the US is such a massive market if they want something then supply/demand......$$$$
