Hi Guys,

Was looking at running a event for Perth-WRX but due to the lack of entries from them, I'd like to get you guys along to it.

We have organised with MC Motorsport to run a PDC (Skidpan) on the 31st of Jan and then for those that enter that get a discount to the Club sprint on the 7th of Feb! Works out to be $190 for both events, saving of $80!

The PDC is being run focused on getting new drivers in to a competitive environment. I know we have a lot of very experienced people on here but its always betting getting more people out there. There is approximately 4hrs being spent on the skidpan this will be then followed by an hour on the track to introduce the newer drivers to what they could potentially expect at a sprint. Im sure none of the experienced guys will have a problem with that.
The Club Sprint is run in the same way the Sprint series is run but aim to get car clubs out there rather than just a few from everywhere.

For those that just want to do one or the other, the PDC session is $150 and the sprint $120.

On the day, you’ll need to present your current driver’s licence, have no loose objects in your car, be wearing long sleeves and long pants and an approved helmet (AS/NZS1698).

How to enter:
1) Pick your event: PDC & CS($190) or PDC ($150) or CS($120)
2) Post or PM your details to me: Full Name, Car, Bank transfer narration
3) For the PDC & CS or PDC payments can be made to ACC Name: Lachlan Beresford, Acc Number: 0657309 BSB: 306-058
For anyone just entering the CS follow this link Club Sprints - MC Motorsport (http://mcmotorsport.com.au/club-sprints). Still let me know if you have just entered the Club Sprint.
4) Be at RAC at 8 for an 8:30 start on the 31st of Jan for the PDC
CS will be an afternoon event, and it will be a 12 arrival for a 12:30 start on the 7th of Feb

Any questions let me know, at the moment there are only 6 entries for the PDC and 3 for CS so plenty of track time to be had.

do you need a CAMS or AASA (or whatever the abbreviation is) license?

For the PDC, just a normal drivers licence is all thats required for the skid pan, just confirming on what is required for the Sprint. Sup regs state AASA or equivalent, just seeing if CAMS licences are ok to run with as well.

So just confirmed that for the Club Sprint, you have a CAMS Level 2 speed license or higher thats no problem, or a AASA license (can be purchased for $50 on the day if need be.)
