Sony Xperia Z1 (16Gb) $170 with leather case (cost $80) or $150 without. Excellent condition, one small scratch on face but does not interfere with viewing the screen. Can only be seen in certain light.
I'm with Optus but I'm 99% sure you can use other carriers' sims with the phone, you'll just have to put up with the Optus screen on start up and the Optus apps. Phone has had the bootloader unlocked, so you can root it easily if you're into doing that kinda thing. A factory reset with brand new Android 5.0.2 Lollipop has been done.
