1x Room to rent in Baldivis, fully furnished or not. Sharing with myself being a 27yr old shift worker. Comes with own bathroom and toilet in a large 4x2 house. Garage space can also be negotiated. Free wifi and foxtel is included.
Looking for anybody with a steady income and who can pay rent on time each week⁄fortnight. Must be able to keep their part of the house tidy and clean at all times.
$200 per week includes all expenses eg. Utilities⁄foxtel⁄wifi. Only expense outlay is for your own food etc. 2 weeks rent in advance is required.
