Modern apartment in Kinross, all ground floor units separated by carports $200pw gets you your own room, bathroom and toilet plus a car space in a double lockup garage. Split the bills 50/50 ie gas elec water internet (ADSL2) and I have Foxtel, up to you if you contribute to it or not.
