Never had an issue with it, just don't use it.
Includes the 10 games I have (metal gear solid 4, gran turismo 5, GTA4 and 5, hit man absolution, Medal of Honor, CoD world at war and modern warfare, Fifa 09 and saints row 2). Charging cable, charging dock, 4 controllers, power cord and hdmi cable. I can probably dig up the AV cable if required.
