Racewars Volunteers Needed

Hi All,

We have had a few people not able to attend last minute for various reasons so I am hoping some of you can help out.
I need a few more helping hands if possible.
This is a great way to enjoy the event, free entry, free merch and be fed by Old Faithful :) :)
Have had a number of AL members help out in the past and all loved it.

Volunteering is a great way to enjoy the other side of the event and get up close with the action.
Racewars would not be able to function safely and efficiently without the help of the enthusiastic volunteers, who give their time freely to be involved. We need volunteers to assist with various aspects of our event operation.
There are 2 shifts on both the Saturday 11th April and Sunday 12th April (AM and PM) along with people to assist with the Go-Whoa and Motorkhana on Friday evening 10th April.
Applicants must be over the age of 18 years.

Opportunities available, but not limited to:
• Spectator Gate Officer
• Start Marshall
• Merchandise Sales
• Traffic Warden

Benefits for volunteers:
• Accommodation (limited),
• 2 x Motul Racewars 2015 T-shirts,
• Catered lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and
• Staff entry to the event

I'm helping out with a shift on Sunday arvo. But will be getting a lift to the event at sparrows on Sunday morning with my brother, so if you get stuck on Sunday morning, let me know and I should be able to help. I'll come find you Sunday morning and see how you are going for numbers if you like.

If you are available on the Friday we would love your help but if not then don't stress :) Friday is finalizing set up and help with Khana.
Most have accommodation on the Friday night because the shift start time on Sat morning means it's too early to drive up then.
