Which turbo?

Guys just need some input, putting together an engine which will go from NA to turbo. I was go`n to use an OE rb25det turbo but been speak`n to a guy with the same engine etc and he said the rb25 tubro is a bit small mainly on the exhaust side.

Is there a unit I use that maybe a step up for the stock rb turbo?

I dont want to run big boost happy with 7-10 psi.

mate Mine is the same m50b25 & non vanos. one problem I see is the 10.5 to 1 comp ratio. I`m still researching it.

Rb25 turbo is cheap and easy.
That's exactly what he was thinking.
Thinking was it's cheap and should be responsive and ok for low boost.
He can get something better if he decides to build the engine.

Try to get a vg30det turbo, ball bearing and better flowing than the 25 unit, won't destroy itself if boost its turned up either. Cheap as well.
