As indicated in the title, i have a room for rent.
Townhouse in Dianella... the good part. My current housemate is moving out and i'm looking to fill her room.
Not really pet friendly, although could easily be made to handle a dog. not at all keen on cats.
Rent would be $250 per week + Bills.
There will be a Bond and pay in advance structure, can discuss with anyone looking to move in.

3 Bedroom (2 Large, one small - small one is a study / spare)
1 Bathroom, 2 toilets
Fully Furnished
1 Car Port (mine) and driveway / street parking.
