Had one for 7+ years now.

Can stream all subscription content for like 9.99/month - like Netflix.

They also do rent and buy like iTunes for the premium titles.

so, for example, the new captain america movie is a rental on top of your subscription?

quickflix is a cut down version of netflix from what i've seen (had Netflix now running Quickflix).. Most of the content is movies and tv shows you didn't see when they first came out for a reason... hahaha does have the odd diamond amongst the D grade shit...

Correct - because it's essentially a "new release"

I have Netflix too.
Both different services, with completely different content. For my style viewing I find it a 60/40 netflix/quickflix preference.

Support the little guy struggling to obtain content to screen in Australia - The big corporations like Foxtel have all the good stuff locked into exclusivity agreements.

If/when Netflix come to Australia you can bet their content will pale in comparison the US service too.

Yeah I might have a look, the fact they have a good Android app makes me interested too.

Yeah I think I'll keep it on the US region or Canada.
