Hi all
Selling my Bugeye WRX. I work from home so rarely drive the car, seems a waste to have it sitting in the carport all the time.
chasing around ~$10k
has done ~210,xxx k's
Mods are as follows:
exterior :
STI (copy) front lip
STI scoop and duct
STI rear pods
STI side markers
STI rear under car defuser
De winged and badged (wing holes plugged with rubber)
yellow tinted fog lights
rolling stock/suspension/brakes:
Monza/jap/forged 17" wheels wrapped in Potenza with plenty of meat.
Lowered on lowering springs, dual coil similar to or could be STI springs.
~100km old DBA T2 slotted rotors and RDA Red stuff pads (still on ware in phase)
Upgraded (I think Cusco branded) sway bars front and rear including new bushes.
there could be more undercar hidden goodies i'm not aware of.
Engine:
stock EJ20
VF23 turbo
STI intercooler with water spray on manual switch.
STI injectors
Apexi short ram and pod filter.
Blocked/deleted BoV
GFB pulley kit
full exhaust system, even length headers, up/down pipes, 3" system to oval muffler in back.
exaust HAS cat. I recently had a hotdog muffler added to quiten it up a bit.
ECUtek type 2
HD clutch.
200,000k service done on purchase last year, have recipt and itemized list.
Interior:
Shadow Pro with peak/warning and recall (from justjap.com) Boost, Oil temp, Oil pres, Water Temp gagues. 3 in ATI gauge pod.
OBD Ultra gauge (http://www.ultra-gauge.com/ultragauge/) gives, speed, temps, volts, intake temps, etc.
Bee*R set for launch control not rev limiter.
white LED lighting
ebay spec STI shift knob / have stock.
AC works fine, power windows, cruise control, all that good stuff works fine, no electrical issues.
Subaru pincode pad security thing with anti hijack and all that.
remote entry
Eonon (ebay/china spec) double din touch deck, SD/USB/blaa blaa does the job.
small sub under drivers seat and amp under passengers.
steering wheel has some ware, drivers seat side boulster slightly flattened from getting in and out.
at highway cruising speeds ~100/110 or when you rev the car high randomly it will give a check engine light due to a exhaust up pipe sensor probe not being installed (As told by previous owner) causes no difference to the cars performance when the light is on or off. Light can be turned off with the OBD gauge. check engine code is always for the same reason.
Car has been tuned by Maximum Motorsport in Malaga by previous owner. making 250hp at all 4 on 20psi, full boost comes on at 4000rpm.
Always fueled with 98.
Rego'd till late this year.
I've not done much in the way of performance mods, deleted the BoV, replaced some ugly astetic after market parts the previous owner had (tail lights, grill, scoop, etc) and major service. There may well be mods on the car I'm not aware of.
I have heaps of reciepts from services, purchases, tunes, dyno charts, etc available for any interested buyer to look at /take with purchase.
bad sides:
-holes in boot from spoiler delete.
-sometimes mild shudder on downshift, am told this is flywheel and to be resolved with a clutch and flywheel replace. The clutch holds the power fine so I've not had the job done yet this doesn't seem to have any performance effect just some shudder.
-I painted the scoop myself so it's not perfect but it's the same colour.
