With the next tobacco tax hike set to hit in September, I thought it would be good to take the opportunity to have one before that. Will see what Habanos' latest offerings are and post up. Given we will have enough time, I will do another whisky order from the UK. Will need someone who is gracious enough to put their hand up to host, Dean has tentatively said we could have it at his place in Landsdale. The closer to the cas, the better for all involved! Back to the lamb....
Whole animal will be around 18kg of meat. I have no problem with 1 or 20 eating.
Main thing is I don't want to waste half a lamb. 20 blokes will be 1kg of meat each alone plus other goodies.
Lamb will take 3-5 to 5 hours to cook so I'll need time to prep etc.
We can eat it as it cooks kebab shop style or once all cooked I'll carve up an awesome feed whilist having nibbles through the day/evening. If you have never had a lamb on the spit traditional style this may not be for you. I.e. you're used to your food on a plastic tray from coles.

Cost of lamb will be anything from $60 bucks to 200 bucks. The more notice the cheaper.
