2 part mixable rubber stuff

I know this is a temp citizens topic but I figure there may be open wheeler/speedway/dirt bike riders that know what I am after.

Want to make some molded ear plug type headphones to use on the motorbike when commuting. Since I have gotten a correctly sized helmet the normal style headphones I have been using are easily dislodged. I was going to buy a set of these but going off reviews they are the worst quality headphones out with very poor warranty http://www.earfuze.com/

Does anyone know what the putty that comes in the kit is? This way I figure I can get a reasonable quality set of Sennheiser headphones and make moulds for them. No doubt buying a tub of the putty used in the fuze kit is cheap as shit so I can easily remake them etc if required.

I got my earplugs made by a guy in Bicton that does it out of a back room in his house. He might be able to help you out. Protec Hearing 0433 164 774

He will make earplugs with speakers in them for you. To be honest after having mine made its not something i would like to DIY as for them to be effective and comfy they need to go a long way into the ear canal. Sitting there for 15min with some goo in your ear is not a comfortable process.
