Wrong Section dude! and it all depends on what you want there is so many its not funny do some research see which one you like! you might want to look at turbosmart or gfb as they have straight bolt on ones no need for adaptors!

The standard one does the job just fine.

Yep, the stock BOVs can hold a lot of boost, no need to change it..

I have a stockish rex, had a GFB hybrid on it and the car drove like sh1t!

Popped the stock one back on and it drove nice again.

If you have to get a BOV just for the sound, buy one second hand then sell it for the price you bought it for after you are over it and want a decent driving car again.

the same problem happened with my mates silvia when he got his new BOV put on, lost mass power went back to xspeed and they told him it can be fixed by gettin aftermarket intercooler. somthin to do with the standard BOV spring not being able to stay closed and causes boost leek or some****. so while hes savin for his cooler he just switchs the lines and uses each BOV when he feels like it to get power back

The fact is, BOVs on cars with stock ECUs will reduce fuel economy and power...once your running an aftermarket ECU, its no problem.

For air flow meter equipped cars yes? Those of us with MAP sensors dont have any issues...

and if u do get one, the piston type BOVs are ****. for performance gains, go for diaphragm internally designed ones, like the trust type-r.
