House for rent - ellenbrook

hi guys

looking to rent out my property in Ellenbrook on a short term lease of 3 months, this is a beautiful 3x2 ex display home and is partly furnished.
The reason for the short term lease is that it will be going on the market to be sold so the lease could be as short as 3 months but more likely it could be much longer.

Terms are that we would like to lease to well mannered, extremely clean couple/person who are/is house proud and can maintain a good standard of upkeep in the home.
As above the house will be on the market so we will need to have prospective buyers taken through the house from time to time but care will be taken as to not be too disruptive.

The house is very highly finished and the gardens are extremely low maintenance.
We have been told we can get a lot more than $500 a week for it but we would like the trade off to be that the house is well looked after.

rent would be $490 a week and bond of $980 will be required
