DRIVETRAIN
- Yager (google Yager Race Engines) built B6 previously installed in Ford Escort track car
- Previous owner dynoed at 125 rwhp Dyno Dynamics shootout mode (with collapsed cat). To give you and idea, standard NA6's would make about 70 to 80rwhp so a good 65% increase. Dynosheet unfortunately not available from previous owner.
- WOLF V4 Plus plug and play ECU
- Quad throttle bodies
- Yager spec cams and adjustable cam gears
- Yager modified head
- 4-2-1 extracters and 2.5" exhaust
- Magnaflow highflow cat
- Exedy clutch and fidanza lightweight flywheel
- ASI 52mm alloy radiator
- Cusco oil catch can
- Short shift kit
- Standard LSD
SUSPENSION/BRAKES
- Tein Monoflex coilovers - these are high end coilovers not cheapies
- Whiteline adjustable swaybars front and rear with Hein-Joint end links
- 15x8 +25 offest Axis Racing deep dish rims
- 205/50/15 Bridgestone RE001 Adrenalins with heaps of life left
- Full set of Superpro adjustable bushes
- Larger NA8 brakes
- Bendix ultimate pads
- NA8 front and rear underbody bracing
INTERIOR/EXTERIOR
- Garage Vary front lip
- NA8 Nardi steering wheel
- Stylebar
- Fire extinguisher
- I.L Motorsport clear side indicators and reflectors
I bought this with the intention of using it for Motokhanas. It never fails to bring a smile to my face. I really don't want to sell it, but with the birth of another child and moving to a new "renovators dream" home with limited parking the wife says it has to go.
Now if you are looking for a convertible for your daughter to drive to uni then this is not the car for you. It is loud, a stiff ride and a bit tempramental on a cold morning. Having said that I daily drove it for 3 months through last winter without any issues other than a bit of coughing and spluttering until it warms up sufficiently.
I don't want to see this go to waste on the street out the front of our place - it would be perfect for someone looking for an awesome handling and sounding car that doesn't draw any attention from the police and can be used on the weekend for motorkhana's/trackdays etc.
Price - $7,500 ono
