Hi,
As per the 'what makes me feel good' thread, due to my daughter buying a new car I now have this beast up for sale.
I am not going to blow wind up your arse. This thing is old, worn bright yellow and reasonably reliable. It has a dent on every panel, the boot does not lock and it does not have a immobiliser.
It is a 5 speed manual
Economical
over 400k's on the clock (it has done 3 reces for Rally WA) and sometime the counter does not work
Awesome front shocks, the rears are fucked
the front tyres and brake pads were put on brand new 12 months ago
it has 6 months rego left
** The alternator went a couple of weeks ago, I have bought a second hand one which you can have
*** if you want me to install the alternator then the price goes up +$300 (I can't be fucked doing it)
***** If you want me to wash and polish it then you might be waiting a while
The battery has been recharged but I do not warrant it and will not be buying a new one (I will be testing it this weekend)
This has served my daughters need perfectly for her first car to make mistakes in or a really cheap runablut or work pig. Everything works. The CD player is dodgey but I also have another unit you can have (no I will not install). The car is safe as I would not have let my daughter drive it.
It does not blow smoke, use oil or overheat. I fixed the gearbox linkage bushes a month ago.
This is for sale this weekend only registered, come next week I am handing in the plates and will strip it for parts.
$800 firm for Antilag and $1,000 on Gumtree, not really interested in low balls as it is worth more in parts.
