just wondering,
anyone here in the defence force???
im coming back from london soon from living here and am thinking of a career in the defence force, just wondering what others think, and any advice anyone can give me!

I don't know anyone personally who has gone down this path.. but it dosen't sound like too bad a deal if you can handle being away from home, family, etc again :)

I looked into it a little while ago. If you want to do anything more than be a shit kicker or a cook, you wanna hope you either have a degree or good high school results.


I have neither, and even though I have been accepted to 2 different unis, it's still not good enough unless you've completed the course or your high school results were good.

i'm about to start the process for a ground defence officer in the air force or infantry/artillery officer in the army.

Got my aptitude test on the 30th of march well see how it goes from there
