Get ya fuel card ready or at least a decent credit card they drink like a mexican !
They fucking CHOP offroad, atleast in the sand. I bought my mates one that just had a set of 33 A/T's on it and it blew me away.
Heaps of power, good gearing, lsd was good and very easy to thrash about... outclimbed everything we came across. 4.0ltr patrols, petrol 80's, 100 series.. list goes on.
Sounding Biased now, but honestly one of the most capeable cars in the dunes Ive ever come across.

I've got a single cab, off road thing is awesome loves to rev and reminds me of a 2 Stroke motorbike. Crawls everywhere, had it on power line runs and in the dunes of Lano.
Goes everywhere the more expensive rigs does with ease and parts are cheap :-)
Downside fuel, they are pigs I think I get 400 to a tank and it's a 65 litre from memory.

Intake manifold gaskets are bout it, factory they can be a bit dicky and then they mess around with the maf sensor and cause stalling.
Replaced it and goes like gold, put extractors, full system and air cleaner and it runs well.
