The video starts halfway through so the dude getting the sticker or whatever was probs a cock smoker and deserves to be fucked in the ass by some dude in jail, just sucks the cop got caught telling this pingpingpingping how it is when he is more than likely a complete piece of shit.

Haha yep, he got me doing 110 in a 70 on radar right before it went to 90 zone so i asked to see the radar evidence in person in his traffic car. Thats when he got upset. Unfortunatly for me the 70 was in green and 110 flashing red on his radar so i took it like a champ and took the fine. Worth a shot though haha

This is probably the dick head I dealt with on the phone in the FAL department when I asked where my application was at because it had been pending for months. He said I have no right to ask where it's at and if I persist in do soing he will cancel my application. When I asked for his name he told me to get lost and hung up on me. Was probably him on stress leave or something.

Yeah you can tell this guy failed the fuckhead test.

The fact the cop uses the term "again" makes it pretty obvious this guy is well known.

I bet he looks like a hero to his one eyed mates though.

I think the cop will know exactly who this was and will be all over them like a rash, he's kidding himself if he thinks this won't come back to him.

End of the day you just need to speak to people in a way they understand.. It clearly worked in this case because the dude packed himself.

Just unfortunate that he got filmed doing it because he is going to be in the shit with his bosses now I imagine.

Chances are he sounds well known to the cops, they pulled him up to have a chat, told him he needed a helmet, he got mouthy, got shut down.

You are alloud to record provided you say you are recording.
They love it as much as they love being asked "how many criminals have you stopped today"

Personally I'd rather just not upset the police officers.

LOL at threatening disorderly... good luck trying to pull that off...

Kids a tard, but the cops just as bad. Being a cop he should be able to stand by the law, not ontop of it swinging around his sword of justice.

You cannot lawfully charge that kid with disorderly and that is what is fucking hilarious about this clip.

*allowed. I thought this was the case too, but as they are in a public area it doesn't matter if they know or not? I remember seeing something along those lines a little while ago.

Is there anything illegal about swearing in public, or swearing in a conversation with a cop? Not swearing at them i.e calling them a fuckwit or whatever.

AFAIK, although it sounds full retard, only one of the 2 people being recorded needs to know that its being recorded

Can record in public space without consent.

Whilst swearing in itself is not an offence it can be Disorderly Conduct based on Time, Place, Circumstance.

As far as i know you can walk up to a cop and call them a pig pingpingpingping to his face and cant get arrested. Some guy did a year back and got thrown out of court.
Dont advise trying in

aslong as your manner and actions do not impede or affect any third parties or surrounding civilians, swear away. it's your civil right.

I remember Cottesloe one friday night a cop on a motorbike rode past and my mate did the oink oink sound. Cop slams on the brakes. Drived up the foot path, gets off his bike and right into my mates face saying " Lets go, lets go do i have to take off my badge tough guy". This cop wanted to go toe to toe. Shut my mate up pretty quick haha

Between himself and the police however, that wouldn't be lawfully possible.

Sorry I must have missed the bit where I wrote time place and circumstance. But here you go for those that are really interested.

74A. Disorderly behaviour in public
(1) In this section —
“behave in a disorderly manner” includes —
(a) to use insulting, offensive or threatening language;
and
(b) to behave in an insulting, offensive or threatening
manner.
(2) A person who behaves in a disorderly manner —
(a) in a public place or in the sight or hearing of any person
who is in a public place; or
(b) in a police station or lock-up,
is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $6 000.
(3) A person who has the control or management of a place where
food or refreshments are sold to or consumed by the public and
who permits a person to behave in a disorderly manner in that
place is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $4 000.
(4) It is lawful for any person to arrest without warrant any person
who is, or whom the person suspects, on reasonable grounds, to
be, in the course of committing an offence under this section.

That's not true.

Disorderly behaviour is using insulting, offensive or threatening language and behaving in an insulting, offensive or threatening manner anywhere in public or within sight or hearing of ANY person.

Most DB charges stem from people already in custody, in lockup, and then going off their tree to a copper.

Slip_
20-11-2013, 11:08 AM
To warrant criminalisation, offensive epithets must:

•constitute personally abusive insults;
•be addressed in a face-to-face manner;
•target a specific individual and be descriptive of that individual; and
•be addressed to an individual unable to avoid the assaultive message

As we can all see, in context to this matter, no way disorderly.

You can try push for disorderly, sure, it's super subjective, but it's hard to land.

My uncle was a cop, one day about 20 years ago he was on foot patrol in Ballarat. Was with my mum as a little kid, and he didn't know we were behind him. My mum yells out, "OI, PIG". The look on peoples faces (and his) was priceless. Wouldn't advise doing that these days to my Aunt in Melbourne, scary bitch

I agree with Rhett (first time for everything)

As a police officer, it's your job and duty to remain professional at all times, losing your head and swearing and threatening a member of the public is a disgrace.

So the cops threats of lcoking the man up ro be touched up by some big scary bloke could be considered as a form of disorderly behaviour? I completely understand the cops frustration but its a bit retarded threating to lock someone up for the exact thing you yourself are doing.

feel bad for him that this is going to probably damage his career... the tone of language of the guy recording the video pretty much clears up who instigated it. Whilst I don't think we should have a Judge Dredd type system where the cops are Judge, Jury and Executioner... sometimes a bit of street justice and a few home truths are the only thing delinquents understand. I've had a few talkings to by cops in a similar manner .. most of the time I deserved it. They are regular people like us after all - sometimes that gets forgotten. I'm pretty sure if you mouthed off like that at anyone you'd be deserving of a smack in the mouth so the fact he talks to the cops like that knowing they are powerless is just a cheap shot.

Amazing ...the use of "fuck" has been cleared as acceptable for public media. So, the reaction, including
the use of the perpetrator's offensive word on multiple occasions is acceptable in retort to arrest him? Let alone the play with your anus?

With respect to my Police mates it was out of line, the officer should know, the hierarchy should realise.

Respect is an agreement between parties - you don't demand respect you earn it ... That interaction is nothing but a claim by the officer to abuse his "power".

Fuck wit perpetrator or not.
