Long story short I had to stop my apprenticeship early just before starting my third year (exactly one month short of third year :( ). Now I'm trying to get back into it and I'm having a hard time finding placement. Keep getting the same response of "You're a perfect candidate but we don't have a spot for a second year atm".
I've been talking it over with tafe and would be willing to sacrifice six months of time as a bit of an incentive to get a spot. I've been trying dealerships, small workshops and even RAC (who have been giving me the run around to be honest) and am starting to run out of ideas.
