Welding Garret compressor housing/ material

Gooday,
Want to weld an elbow on to my GT3582R compressor housing.
Does anyone know what material it is? going to stick with 2-1/2", but 90' to solve a piping issue.
will be TIG welded on.

Aluminium, i got an aluminium cast elbow from ebay and got it welded onto the housing.

Get a ally cast bend from turbotech if they have any stock, either bring it down or any welding shop will do it. its just ally

Dropped it of at my mates workshop, he's got some tube he's going to bend up for me and weld it. Which is good because my welding is shithouse.
