November 3rd sees this years torque trophy being run at wanners. It's the 38th time it's being run.
Few things of interest.
Andrew Stevens of hyperdrive fame is tantalizingly close to being the first street car into the 59's having run a 60.1 last weekend in his 180sx, the super taxis run 58's on average on slicks while Andy runs 050 yokies.
Tony Luchente has run in every torque trophy but never won it, will he finally pull it off?
It's my first one.
Seriously tho. This is the one race meet a year that people make a effort to get out for. Should be a good field. Unsure if it'll be run with the improved production guys or not.
Qualifying will kick off around 9 for the day. I'll put the time table up when it's released
And my sponsor WA Spitroast Catering (yes I know the name is funny) has been providing hot roast rolls at the last couple of events. So there's free grub if you make it up to watch as well.
