Rochester carbie tuner in Perth

hello,

does anyone have any recommendations of a tuner for a rochester carbie for my VK SS?? the new engine is all in and ready to go but i would like someone to set it up properly, set the carbie and timing, get it to it's best.

hopefully around the Cannington/Canningvale area ( home ) or around the Redcliffe/Bassendean area ( work ).

If there still around try Perth carbies in Ozzie park. Not quite the suburb your looking for though...

Use to be Barrie's dyno in cannington or Automotive Tuning Centre in Welshpool for carbs
Both have closed now but I have been told that both guys are now working out of the same shop somewhere
I gave up playing with carbied cars about 10 years ago

Best bet is to head down to the motorplex and speak to some of the drag guys

there is a guy in ossie park who has had his shop there for what seems like centuries.. old fella in a small carb shop is a legend with rochesters.. tuned mine on the VL 5L and was very impressed.

Craig was a hell of a bloke, he would tune twin barrel carbs by ear, with a beer in his hands.

well looks like i don't need anyone to do it, the mate who built my engine had all the equipment including the air/fuel machine that has a probe going into the exhaust, cars all good, running sweet as!
