Building my 1st house. Need advise

Hello everyone.

My partner and I are building a house through smart homes in ellenbrooke.

It's a 4x2 with triple garage. It's not the biggest house but it's our 1st.

I'm going to use this thread to get people's advise and if anyone knows anyone in the know.

My partner is adiment she wants wooden floors and I really want to smart wire the house for av and lighting. So if anyone has contacts for this I'd appreciate the help.
