Hi guys need antilag's help

I'm in the process of buying my 2nd house. The settlement date is august 12. It is currently tenanted being managed by a third party agent who have said after the lease they no longer want to manage the place due to it being well outside their area.

The place is in Parmelia., Can anyone recommend a good agent who is reliable and offers their service at a decent fee?
