AL neighbourhood watch V. Uhhh 1?

Hey every one, I know this is a long shot but did any one see the mother fucker who side swiped the front of my car this morning on south street? Was about 10 to 8, right before the bull creek shopping center heading west... Damage isn't too great but he's denying any fault (cut across 3 lanes of traffic in one go collecting my car on the way) he's filed a police report already and had 2 other people in the car who have no doubt collaborated whatever bullshit story it is he's made up, I went to the cop shop and they said there's no point filing an incident report as the damage is probably under the 3k threshold and just to chase it up with his insurance company but I'm not liking my chances for some reason... So yeh, if any one saw it or they know some one who travels that way in the mornings and may have seen it any help would be greatly appreciated, the damage to my car isn't of great concern, I need to stitch this pingpingpingping up merely for the way he acted after the fact of the accident... He is an A grade arrogant, racist, bullying peice of shit and needs to be taught a lesson one way or another...

Ps- in before lawn digs/al meet point/engine dumping comments... I have the means to get this prick good and proper but I'd like to try the more mainstream approaches first lol

I did of mine, he had his fist in my face yelling at me and shit, I asked him for his details so I could leave as I didn't want the situation to escalate he kept on going on so I was like fuck it, went to take a picture of his plates etc and he fuckin looped out and the only damage to his car was the hubcap had come off a bit!?! I had to pull my guard out cos it was jammed up on the wheel but anyway he lives around the corner from me so I'm gonna go there tomorrow with a few of my mates and get some snaps and ask if maybe he'd like to apologise for the way he acted... He said to me at one point and I quote "I've shot coons that were better people than you" he's an older white south African chap so I have no doubt that back in the mother land he was just a racist white power peice of shit, which is unfortunate for him because 99% of my friends are very large black fellows from Durban and jo-burg... We'll see what he's got to say when there's 20 of them on his front lawn.... Your a long way from home Alice....

I called him the other day and told him he'd be hearing from my lawyer (that I don't have) said I had witnesses to the accident blah blah blah he was a pingpingpingping as I expected and said cheerily he'd see me in court, my friends a lawyer and was gonna draft up a letter about whatever just to try scare him a little but as I found today that doesn't have to happen, got a call from rac (his insurer) saying he's lodged a claim to have my car fixed, he's accepted responsibility for the accident! My bluff worked haha, guys still a cockstain though, gonna go draw a dick on his lawn with diesel or something, I dunno... I fucking won though :D lol
