Only one for the time being, helps me keep the cost down this time. It will be an American style BBQ sauce, glazed multiple times during cooking, then served with a very hefty amount of sauce.

All the racks are portion cut in 3-4 rib portions, equal sizes as much as I can so they all have the same cook time :)

Put a small tray of water in the oven, set temp to 70-80c. Cover, ensure the water is topped up :)

Just wanted to add a testimony. I got 3KG of these ribs from Cliff last Friday and they exceeded my expectations. They were tender, flavorsome, warm and well packaged with LOTS of sauce. I can't recommend this highly enough.
